    What is the development trend of water chillers in the industry? Water chillers are widely used in the food industry, coating industry, electronic products industry, glass industry, pharmaceutical industry and biological products industry. Water chillers are used for high-speed cooling after food processing in the food industry to meet the packaging requirements. In addition, the temperature of fermented food should be controlled.     1、 Electronic products industry


    In the process of circuit board manufacturing, heat is generated by corroding copper on the surface of attached copper plate, which makes the temperature in the corrosion pool rise and affects the quality of circuit board. Industrial cold water is used to protect the temperature of corrosion pool. Industrial cold water can reduce the temperature of cleaning agent, condense gaseous cleaning agent, and effectively prevent the volatilization of cleaning agent. When cleaning electronic components and circuit boards, the cleaning agent will volatilize into the air. Use frozen water in the tube and refrigerant to condense the cleaning agent through copper tube and titanium tube. Keep the cleaning pool at a moderate temperature to reduce the volatilization of the cleaning agent.


    2、 Glass industry


    The common glass is heated at high temperature and then cooled rapidly. The temperature of cooling water should not be too high, otherwise the tempering quality will be affected. The industrial water chiller is used to provide cooling water, and the water temperature is not affected by the environmental temperature, so as to ensure the quality of products.


    3、 Pharmaceutical and biological products industry


    Low temperature and low humidity environment is needed during production and storage. The low temperature chiller can provide 5 ~ - 15 ℃ freezing liquid with ethylene glycol as refrigerant to provide necessary cold source for low temperature and low humidity. When refrigeration is needed in winter, the unit can be equipped with a special control system to keep refrigeration operation at - 15 ℃.


    4、 Food industry


    It is used for high-speed cooling after food processing to meet the packaging requirements. In addition, the temperature of fermented food should be controlled.


    5、 Coating industry


    (1) Vacuum degree film: medium frequency vacuum coating machine is generally equipped with a chiller as the cooling equipment of coating machine (mainly cylindrical target). Medium frequency equipment must be added with cooling water because of its high frequency and high current. When the current flows in the conductor, there is a skin effect, and the charge will gather on the surface area of the conductor, which makes the conductivity heat up. Therefore, the mesoporous tube is used as the conductor, and water is added in the middle to cool it.


    (2) Ion coating: surface treatment of clock and watch parts, jewelry, jewelry, daily hardware, plumbing equipment, craft jewelry, plastic products, sanitary ware, locks, lamps, tableware and other products. The ionization source needs to be heated and started at the beginning of operation, and needs to be cooled during operation. The failure of the cooling system will lead to the damage of the ionization source. The cooling water must be pumped by high pressure pump to the cooling channel in the ionization source to cool the ionization source.


    (3) Coated glass: often need a large cooling capacity unit, usually use a combination of multiple screw chillers. The coating production line needs to be heated to a certain temperature before start-up. After start-up, due to the heat generated by itself, it needs to be cooled by chilled water to maintain a lower temperature.
